Shipping
SHIPPING to Germany
- We ship all shipments with DHL.
- As a rule, shipping takes place on weekdays within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Please understand that it may take a day longer.
- We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, delivery should usually take place within 1-3 days. We as a shipper have no influence on the speed of delivery.
- Shipments within Germany are free of shipping costs.
- Nevertheless, please try to place collective orders. Every shipment causes costs and work. Thank you very much for your help!
- Of course you will receive a tracking number by mail.
Shipping costs to other EU countries
- For all shipments to other EU countries we charge 8,9 Euro.
- The shipments will be sent by DHL. These orders are also processed by us usually within 24 hours on weekdays. Depending on the country, it usually takes 3-7 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number by mail.
Payment
Payment in advance/bank transfer
- You have the possibility to pay by bank transfer. In this case, you will receive a mail with payment details after placing the order. Please note that the order can be processed after we have received the payment.
Payment with Amazon Pay
- You can also log in with your Amazon account and conveniently pay via the payment method stored at Amazon. In this case, the complete processing of the payment is done by Amazon.
Payment with Payal
- With Paypal you have many payment options:
- Payment via Paypal credit
- By credit card
- On account
- In this case the payments will be handled completely by Paypal.
