How do I proceed?
- You can return the goods to us without prior notice.
- Please always enclose a copy of the invoice or a delivery note so that we can allocate the return.
- Please contact us before returning the goods if there is a defect.
- You can choose the shipping service provider yourself.
- In most cases, the buyer bears the costs. Please read the right of withdrawal.
- If you have paid in advance, please provide us with your bank details.
